What we collect when you book

We do not run a customer login or store card numbers on this website. Booking requests are sent to us on WhatsApp (including the homepage form, which opens WhatsApp with your message).

You may send:

• Name and WhatsApp number
• Tour, date, group size, hotel and children’s ages
• Any other details you type in the message

We use this to reply, confirm pickup, and run the tour. WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to that chat.

Cookies and similar tools

We use CookieYes to ask for consent before non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies for the banner itself stay on. You can change your choice with the cookie button on the site.

Facebook, Instagram and Google Reviews links go to those companies’ sites. We do not place a second cookie banner.

Why we use this information

• To answer and fulfil a booking (contract / steps you ask us to take)
• To operate a working website (necessary cookies)
• To measure visits and ads, only if you accept those categories

How long we keep it

WhatsApp booking chats are kept as long as needed to run the trip and handle follow-up questions or complaints. Cookie consent is stored in your browser (CookieYes default is typically up to 365 days). Analytics and ads tools keep data under their own retention settings.

Who we share with

Pickup drivers, boat crews or partner guides may receive the name, hotel and group size needed for the day. We do not sell guest lists. Hosting is with our website host. Cookie, analytics and ad vendors process data as independent services when you allow those cookies.

Your choices

You can refuse analytics and advertising cookies, close WhatsApp without sending a message, or email us to update or delete a booking enquiry we still hold. Visitors in the EEA/UK may also have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and complaint to a local data authority.

Children

Tours are family trips. We only need children’s ages when they affect safety or pricing. Do not send extra personal data about a child unless we ask for it for the booking.
